Netherlands-registered B.V. · Serving sellers worldwide

About Utopya B.V.

An operating partner for brands selling on Amazon and other marketplaces.

Our Story

We have stood where our clients stand

Utopya B.V. grew out of years spent running marketplace accounts first-hand — sourcing product, repairing broken listings, arguing cases with Seller Support, and learning the expensive way which shortcuts end up costing you an account.

That history shapes how the company operates today. We do not sell growth hacks or volume packages. We take on a deliberately limited number of accounts, put one named specialist on each, and do the unglamorous work properly: clean catalog data, disciplined advertising, and an account health record that lets you sleep.

The company is registered in the Netherlands and works with sellers internationally, including brands opening their first European storefront.

Utopya Run by sellers, for sellers

Our Mission

To give growing brands the operational depth of an in-house marketplace team without the cost and delay of hiring one — so founders spend their hours on product instead of support tickets.

Our Vision

To be the partner sellers keep for years rather than months, by staying honest about what is working, what is not, and where we would spend the next euro differently.

Our Values

Four commitments we will not trade away

These apply to every account, including when honouring them costs us revenue in the short term.

Policy First

No review manipulation, no fake orders, no grey-area tricks that could cost you the account — however freely a competitor uses them.

Scope in Writing

What gets done, by when, and at what price is agreed on paper before we start. No surprise items appearing at the end of the month.

Honest Numbers

Our monthly report shows the bad months too. Every figure can be checked line by line against your own Seller Central data.

You Own It All

Accounts, listings, creative assets and advertising history stay in your name. Walking away from us should never mean starting over.

Prefer to talk it through first?

A short call costs nothing and usually tells us both whether this is a good fit.
